Polo in the Park – Will Rogers State Park

In April, intermittent showers replenish our green grasses. Nature wakes and – in some places – our clocks are set an hour forward, as Chukker season leaps into Spring.  Is this not a perfect time for a walk in the park where the legends of Polo roam?  Practice chukker season begins this weekend at Will Rogers State Park in Los Angeles. It’s a Mad Men World

The cigarette-smoking pack of Mad Men and their women are back!  Occupying 13 long overdue episodes this season.  After a seventeenth month creative hiatus, Creator Matthew Weiner has re-birthed the firm of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce(SCDP) into the social turbulence of the sixties.  The premiere, which aired on March 25, had the usual cast of character studies mixing up cocktails –  two parts office politics, one part after-hours shenanigans – for two grueling hours. At last.
