Let’s begin where we left off.  Walking our fatty parts off in paradise daily.  To add to the challenge, it’s been busy in our kitchen.  Last week, we tackled re-inventing Chicken Fricassee from a rich, cream-based broth into a healthier, more svelte recipe.  Adding poundage in the process. Worry not.  Our crash test dummies have been busy pioneering simple and efficient ways to melt your fat away. We have narrowed it down to an activity most people can master easily. One that has earned our attention and respect. We’re talking about the oldest exercise known to man (A footprint was found in Kenya – setting the record for man’s first walk-about at 1.5 million years ago) now credited with extending one’s life.  Walking. Mother Earthy

Welcome to the light-hearted month of April –  festooned with the ‘fruits’ of Mother Earth’s labor.  After the sun crossed the celestial equator in the Northern Hemisphere last March, it literally transformed nature from winter’s monochromatic hues into a shindig of vibrant colors.  No wonder 192 countries have designated April 22 – Earth Day – to honor and preserve its majesty.
